A small job is any maintenance on your website requiring 30 minutes or less, including, but not limited to, text and image changes, or adding your blog posts. Small jobs do not roll over month to month.
Changes that take longer than a half-hour will be invoiced at $99 per hour for each additional hour. We bill in half-hour increments.
We'll let you know if we expect your requests will need more time to complete, and we'll send an estimated time. You'll never receive a surprise invoice from us. Ever.
